I’ve been so bad with my diet.

I started back on it yesterday. Valentine’s day threw me off and I got into a funk. I wasn’t eating right and started eating fast food again. Yesterday for breakfast I had a bowl of cereal with skim milk. Lunch I had a Lean Cuisine. Dinner was a turkey burger. Today for breakfast I’m having Chobani peach. Lunch will be another Lean Cuisine and supper we are going to have grilled chicken salads…

I maintained my weight while not on my diet. I didn’t gain any or lose any. I did feel like shit every morning after eating bad the night before though! I think I’m learning my lessons. I haven’t had soda/pop/coke in a month. It actually wasn’t that hard to stop. SunDrop up here tastes funny so I don’t have the desire to drink it. I’ve upped my water intake. I’ve already had 44oz this morning. I’m going to try and drink  at least 100oz a day!
